What areas do you cover ? - Eton Wick, Dorney, Taplow,
- Slough, Burnham, Cippenham

Datchet, Windsor, Dedworth
What will happen
on our initial visit? - I will pop round to meet you
& your pets & chat about your requirements, no matter how large, small, or maybe daunting! It is important to me
that I gain from you, an insight into your pets likes/dislikes/oddities, commands you use, treats, games etc in
order to ensure I give them the best care in your absence. I would like to get to know them more
over time & be a positive part of their day.
- Discuss my
terms & conditions & help to reassure you of my committment to the welfare & wellbeing of your pet/pets.
It is quite informal, there is no charge, I understand that pet care is very personal & am very keen to help
if it is right for you & me.
Where
will my dog be walked ? - Your dog will be walked in the local
area, either in secure parks, or footpathed walks. If they are with me for the day & you are in agreement, I may
go further afield & for longer walks, giving them a change from the local area & adding more variety to their day.
Will there be other dogs on the walk ? - There will be a maximum of 5 dogs on any walk, but often less. Individual walks can also
be arranged, if it is more suitable for your dog.
Will my dog be walked on the lead? - I will walk your dog on the lead initially, their safety is paramount
& only with your agreement & when I feel comfortable will I walk them off the lead.
How
long will you be with my pet? - Walks are a minimum of
45 minutes, in addition to drying them off & settling them back into your home & leaving you a note, or text message
about our walk. Replenishing water & feeding if required. Due to travelling time & picking up other dogs enroute,
your dog can be occuppied & out & about for well over an hour.
- A
pet visit will be 20 minutes or longer if I am able.
What if my dog is ill? - If your
dog or pet is ill I will follow the guidelines you have provided during our initial visit & service agreement.
- I can administer any oral medication if required in food when feeding &
can deliver/ collect from the vet if required.
- In the unlikely event
of an emergency, I will contact you immediately & follow your instructions, taking your pet to my vet if
required.
How will my dog be
transported? - My police approved vehicle is fully air
conditioned, with secure spacious & comfortable cages & fresh water supply.
Will my keys be safe with you? - I am CRB checked & fully insured, all keys are coded & kept in a fixed lockable
safe, contact & address details are retained separately. In the event you do not want to leave keys with me, I can
collect keys from a close neighbour.
- I am happy to retain a set
of keys, in the event of an emergency or unexpected situation I will be able to pop round & check on your pets or
collect for boarding or day care. Please feel free to discuss any additional concerns you may have with us.
What if I have to cancel? - If
you cancel with over 30 days notice, your deposit & any payment will be refunded in full. Or payment can be transfered
to a future booking, if preferred.
- Deposits & advance payments
are non refundable, if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the booking.
Do you have insurance? - SpeediePAWS
has full liability insurance, which covers dog walkers, pet sitting, damage to your property, boarding, care & custody
& key cover.
- I am CRB checked for your peace of mind, so
you can be assured your home & key security are in safe & professional hands.
Methods of payment - I take cash or cheques, or you can pay directly via the Internet
if it more convenient, this works well for regular & long term bookings.
- A deposit of 50% is required for
al bookings, with the balance being paid at the end of the walk or at the end of the week for multiple walks.
- For advance, regular & long term bookings, payment in full is required at least two weeks prior to the booking.
